Drives commercial engineered equipment sales across an assigned territory, spending most time in the field developing accounts and customer relationships. Responsibilities include interpreting construction bids, designing HVAC equipment solutions, preparing technical proposals and quotations, managing sales pipelines in Salesforce or NetSuite, presenting solutions, tracking competitors, and attending industry training. Build deep product and sport expertise, explain product benefits and environmental considerations, collaborate across creative and product teams, meet deadlines, and improve editorial processes while maintaining brand voice and accuracy.

Performs white-box and black-box testing of production code, marketing campaigns, data flows, tracking, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. Translates requirements into test plans, diagnoses root causes, validates data quality, investigates discrepancies, and develops automated tests and quality checks integrated into CI/CD workflows. Documents QA standards and communicates technical risks to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. This is a hybrid 1099 contract role requiring three onsite days weekly in Irvine, California.

Design and lead enterprise AI copilot architectures using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services. Define integration, data, security, governance, and compliance strategies; guide enterprise AI adoption; lead client workshops and architecture reviews; oversee delivery, testing, deployment, optimization, and rollout. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while mentoring delivery teams and establishing standards for prompts, connectors, orchestration, monitoring, and evaluation.

Creates collateral, environmental graphics, event promotions, and social media designs for campus projects. Communicates with clients and stakeholders, manages project timelines, tracks work, collaborates with Marketing and Communications, and supports photo shoots and installations. The role requires visual design expertise, branding knowledge, image editing, strong organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Supports a CEO and spouse across executive administration, business operations, personal logistics, household management, travel planning, deal execution, and special projects. Manages calendars, communications, CRM and e-signature workflows, luxury international travel, vendors, financial transactions, wellness and social planning. Builds operational systems, trackers, SOPs, and processes using project-management, communication, and AI tools while maintaining discretion and helping reclaim the CEO’s time.

Supports daily accounting and financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, close activities, statutory filings, audit support, and discrepancy resolution. The role requires foundational accounting knowledge, accuracy, organization, collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Provide administrative and operational support for finance and operations: process AP/AR, invoices, expense reports, maintain financial records, assist with reporting, reconcile expenses, support audits, manage data and process improvements, and perform general office administrative tasks.

Leads commercial growth and end-to-end business development across Northwood’s commercial space customer base. Builds executive, technical, procurement, and partner relationships; develops account and campaign strategies; identifies and shapes opportunities; and guides pursuits through contract award and expansion. Partners with product, engineering, mission, and leadership teams to translate customer needs into strategy, technical positioning, capture, and execution while providing market, funding, and procurement insights to inform product direction and growth.
