Lead regional safety programs across manufacturing, ready-mix, aggregate, and construction operations. Travel across five states to support operations.

Design, develop, and maintain HRIS solutions including Workday integrations, web services, and Power Platform apps. Build full-stack applications using C#, .NET, React, SQL and Azure services; perform reporting and data analysis with Power BI. Collaborate with HRIS team for deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while delivering strong customer service.
