The HR Manager serves as the organization’s sole HR professional and primary employee and manager contact. Responsibilities include advising leadership, ensuring employment-law compliance, improving HR processes, recruiting and onboarding, employee relations investigations, performance management, compensation reviews, benefits administration, training coordination, LMS and HRIS management, and employee separations. The role supports approximately 80 employees and promotes a positive, productive workplace culture.

Requires strong computer, communication, organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills. Occasional evening and Saturday work may be required.

Build enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account research, personalized outreach, and meeting setting for Account Executives. Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media; collaborate with Marketing and Sales; communicate value propositions; track activity in sales technologies; and stay informed on industry and competitive trends.

Owns an assigned enterprise sales territory focused on new-logo acquisition and upselling. Develops sales plans, positions value propositions, negotiates complex contracts, forecasts activity, prepares subscription pricing and proposals, and collaborates with partners and internal teams. The role requires a strong record of exceeding quota, closing strategic enterprise software deals with long sales cycles, engaging C-level and strategic buyers, and working with global partners and system integrators.
