Provides administrative and secretarial support to Human Resources, including recruiting assistance, new-hire onboarding, I-9 and employment verification processing, PSLF forms, employee record updates, HR inbox and fax management, document filing, confidential record maintenance, and special projects. The role requires accurate information processing, communication, independent judgment, and occasional off-site travel and lifting.

Lead discovery workshops and architect Salesforce Data 360 solutions that unify enterprise data through ingestion, identity resolution, governance, zero-copy integrations, segmentation, and real-time activation. Design integrations across Salesforce clouds and external data sources, define marketing and customer lifecycle strategies, and support pre-sales engagements. The role requires hands-on Data Cloud implementation expertise, data modeling, privacy and consent knowledge, and active Salesforce certifications.

Build and own full-stack features for campaign management, reporting, audience tooling, and advertising marketplace APIs. Design scalable backend services, optimize low-latency and high-throughput systems, develop lightweight front ends, and work with data stores and APIs. Responsibilities include production ownership, testing, observability, on-call support, technical decisions, stakeholder collaboration, mentoring, and improving engineering standards.

Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok. Manage agencies, budgets, campaign strategy, testing, landing page optimization, reporting, and pipeline attribution. Partner with marketing, sales, lifecycle, and analytics teams to improve CAC and revenue contribution. Lead paid brand investments and build scalable marketing systems and processes.

Lead customer retention and growth initiatives across 2–3 portfolio companies at a time. Diagnose churn and net revenue retention issues, implement customer success best practices, improve onboarding and adoption, establish reporting systems, advise on pricing and packaging, and help build CS teams. The role requires hands-on execution, cross-functional influence, and applying repeatable retention playbooks across B2B SaaS businesses.
