Early-stage AI startup seeking an ex-YC founder to join a 15-person team in San Francisco full-time. Role is flexible (engineering, product, or growth), requires hands-on startup experience, willingness to wear multiple hats, strong enthusiasm for AI agents, and commitment to work from the Presidio office five days a week. US work authorization required; O-1 or J-1 sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates.

Build and operate backend and full-stack features for an early-stage product: sandboxed agent runtimes, real-time streaming, task queues, model routing, deployments (Cloudflare Workers + Fly.io), and production observability. Work closely with the CTO, be on-call, and ship infrastructure and product features that scale to large concurrent usage.

Design end-to-end, multi-platform experiences for AI agent creation and collaboration. Develop interaction patterns, design systems, prototypes using real AI models, and motion/micro-interactions. Partner with engineering, conduct user research, validate designs with prototypes, and influence product strategy to make complex AI capabilities feel intuitive and delightful.

Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress sites using Bricks Builder. Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible, high-performing web experiences. Create reusable templates, integrate dynamic content and third-party services, troubleshoot front-end issues, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility (WCAG), analytics, and conversion.

Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing: plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across social, email, display, and SEO. Manage budgets, analytics reporting, content and blogger relationships, social platforms, contests, and growth strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

Drive territory sales and growth for building envelope products by prospecting new business, supporting distributors and contractors, presenting to stakeholders, walking roofs and evaluating project sites, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and producing regular sales and competitor reports.
