Provide electrical and controls engineering support for production, engineering, and maintenance across sites. Design, estimate, and oversee electrical portions of capital projects; develop documentation; troubleshoot PLC/HMI and electrical systems; ensure code compliance (NEC) and electrical safety; participate in procurement, FATs, and long-term controls planning.

Lead and manage project staffing and professional development for the office. Coordinate with case managers, staffing teams, and other offices to match skills to project needs, anticipate staffing challenges, communicate decisions, improve processes, and mentor junior staff to support firm-wide talent development and case delivery.

Record and post customer payments, prepare and send statements, invoices, and credit memos, maintain accurate customer accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and respond professionally to customer inquiries.

Lead enterprise data strategy engagements: assess current state, define target architecture and phased roadmaps, run executive workshops, define governance and data readiness, partner with engineers through delivery, identify expansion opportunities, and codify a repeatable methodology that drives measurable business outcomes.

Lead customer success outcomes for an enterprise B2B SaaS portfolio: drive adoption, health, retention, renewals, and scaled success motions. Build operating models, playbooks, dashboards, and cross-functional processes; mentor the team and manage success-related projects and executive reporting.

Handle inbound customer calls, internet and chat inquiries; schedule and follow up on service appointments; provide initial product and financing information; nurture leads and coordinate with sales and dealership teams to convert or re-engage prospects.
