Serve as the technical layer for post-sale Customer Success: ensure clean handoffs from Implementation, enable Account Managers technically, lead post-go-live discovery and Tier 1 solutioning, triage escalations and coordinate with Support/Engineering, maintain platform fluency and best-practice assets, and surface recurring issues to Product and Implementation.

Manage GRC evidence library, vendor risk assessments, security questionnaires, risk tracking, policy lifecycle, and security awareness training. Review assurance artifacts (SOC 2, ISO, penetration tests), support framework implementation (SOC 2, ISO, GDPR), and collaborate cross-functionally to enable secure enterprise growth.

Manage and oversee licensing and regulatory programs for non-lawyer legal service providers. Lead program development, compliance, stakeholder collaboration, public outreach, and board functions. Supervise staff, support examination and hearing processes, execute contracts, and represent the Division in public speaking and intergovernmental engagements.

Manage assigned client billing accounts, resolve invoice disputes, negotiate payments, collaborate with Sales/Finance/internal teams, analyze billing trends, produce reports, drive revenue cycle improvements, and ensure HIPAA compliance when handling PHI.

Evaluate and track amicus requests, identify strategic amicus opportunities, draft amicus briefs and related materials, coordinate with allied organizations and Communications, maintain metrics and website updates, draft blog posts, and occasionally appear in media or public speaking. Position involves limited travel and occasional evening/weekend work.

Provide first-line internal IT support, manage device lifecycle and inventories, handle provisioning/deprovisioning, optimize software/licenses, assist on technical projects, and maintain documentation and onboarding processes.
