Support day-to-day procurement and inventory operations: receive, inspect, track, pick, package, ship, and audit inventory. Create and maintain purchase orders and procurement records, coordinate vendor shipments and returns, assist with quotes, and communicate order status. Support OneStream consolidations, maintain reporting mappings, produce PBC schedules for audits, and partner with Technical Accounting, Corporate Accounting, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and continuous process improvements.

Lead monthly revenue and accounts receivable accounting, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and analyses, review associates' work, resolve complex accounting issues, and drive process improvements and automation while partnering with operations, billing, and finance teams.

Provides high-level administrative support to Lead Pastors including calendar and travel management, meeting agendas, reports and spreadsheets, social media responses, event coordination, budget/guest speaker organization, and other clerical duties. Requires regular office hours plus evening/weekend event support and alignment with church beliefs and leadership values.
