The Software Engineer will work with founders to design and deliver AI-driven commerce solutions, collaborate across functions, and improve ecommerce performance.

Lead and manage procurement operations and strategic sourcing initiatives, oversee vendor and contract management, negotiate major contracts, support large equipment and construction projects, drive process improvements across purchasing and travel functions, and ensure compliance with procurement laws and university policies.

Process and audit HR transactions and timekeeping (≈50% time), support recruitment/onboarding, maintain confidential employee records, perform data audits, assist with HR system testing and documentation, provide customer service to employees and managers, coordinate events and vendor setup, and support HR projects and process improvements.

Serve as a product expert for Socomec equipment and ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards.

Collaborate with clinical and business teams to design, customize, and optimize Netsmart MyEVOLV and cross-system BI solutions. Build automated data workflows, reports, and dashboards using Power BI/Power Platform and M365, ensure HIPAA and NIST compliance, document requirements, and support AI/automation integration to improve operational and clinical decision-making.

Develop and manage immersive AR/VR/MR simulations and interactive 3D environments. Coordinate CAD model management, maintain project schedules, communicate with stakeholders, monitor XR tech, and collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to deliver moderate-complexity experiences.

Maintain and supervise site infrastructure, hardware, and software for a fully automated logistics facility. Troubleshoot and maintain complex technical systems, manage IT equipment performance and availability, document and execute maintenance plans, and support implementations and upgrades to control systems and applications.

Lead integrated marketing for AC Hotel and Park Street restaurant concepts, focusing on leisure travel and local dining demand. Own brand stewardship, social media, email campaigns, local partnerships, collateral production, and performance reporting. Collaborate with hotel and restaurant teams to drive awareness, bookings, and on-property activation while ensuring brand consistency and data-driven optimization.

Serves as the primary liaison for labor and employee-related matters, coordinating case documentation and RFIs, supporting compliance programs (workers' comp, ADA, FMLA, DOT/drug testing), assisting with training, process improvements, reporting, and administrative executive support. Maintains confidential records, tracks compliance deadlines, coordinates cross-functional needs, and supports senior program managers to ensure consistent policy application and regulatory adherence.

Manage and grow assigned client programs by building relationships, delivering training, analyzing performance, and implementing improvements. Serve as primary client contact, conduct competitive analysis and promotions, track ROI, resolve service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive program results.
