Lead and build Foundation Engineering: consolidate CI/CD, own AWS/CloudFormation infrastructure, create developer platform and ephemeral environments, shift test ownership to engineers, build observability and audited production access, and enable safe AI-assisted development. Hands-on manager/player-coach building tools, pipelines, test frameworks, and developer experience for mixed legacy and new stacks.

The Meter Reader records water meter readings, works independently outdoors, interacts professionally with customers, and completes daily routes using a smartphone.
