Collaborate with internal teams, perform onsite visits, use HubSpot CRM to track opportunities, present product demos, negotiate pricing, and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue.

Lead assembly, fabrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internal test skids and pilot support systems (pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation, controls, wiring). Read engineering drawings/P&IDs, source materials, operate shop tools, coordinate external trades, enforce safety around hazardous liquids/gases, and mentor others. On-site in Watertown, MA with occasional field travel.

Lead design, installation, operation, and maintenance of cryogenic and industrial gas systems for spacecraft manufacturing and testing. Own system specifications, P&IDs, procedures, commissioning, troubleshooting, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards.

Build and own a 24-month rolling financial model with bear/base/bull scenarios, integrate historicals and product/pricing plans, encode SaaS metrics and app-store economics, gather validated inputs from GTM/Product/HR, upload and maintain forecast in Fathom, produce variance analysis and investor-facing narratives, and provide ongoing monthly and quarterly model maintenance and reporting.

Own and scale product operations for a multi-portfolio product org: manage analytics infrastructure and instrumentation, run the alpha→beta→GA lifecycle and cross-functional handoffs, design repeatable PM onboarding, operate the voice-of-customer loop, and execute high-leverage chief-of-staff projects. Focus is on building durable systems that enable reliable, repeatable product execution at scale.

Produce recurring social performance reports and analyses, translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, configure and onboard clients to the Hookit platform, monitor and resolve data quality issues, and provide day-to-day support for a portfolio of 10–15 clients alongside consulting teams.
