Serve as Fos Feminista's principal legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on governance, compliance, institutional strategy, operations, advocacy, and grantmaking across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee outside counsel, maintain risk registers, ensure regulatory compliance for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) structures, develop governance and compliance policies, advise CEO and boards, and cultivate a global network of pro bono and specialized legal partners to support cross-border operations.

Review and proofread Polish localized content for grammar, punctuation, consistency, formatting, and cultural accuracy. Execute test cases, identify and report localization bugs, verify fixes, and evaluate translations in software and mobile contexts. Follow project quality standards, use bug-tracking tools, troubleshoot basic issues, and occasionally translate from English to Polish. Maintain clear communication, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments on schedule.

Lead end-to-end qualitative research for brand clients, managing projects, designing approaches, delivering actionable insights, mentoring junior researchers, and championing tech and AI tools to improve delivery and client outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. Identify expansion opportunities, coordinate program activities, collaborate with delivery teams on projects, pilots, renewals and expansions, and contribute product knowledge to inform roadmap. Attend on-site customer meetings and quarterly HQ planning; maintain a flexible schedule and travel as needed.
