Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits and payroll coordination, recruitment assistance, worker's compensation tracking, personnel file maintenance, separations and exit interviews, associate relations support, and event coordination. Serve as HR point-of-contact for associates and managers, maintain HRIS records, assist with audits and compliance, and support HR leaders with process improvements and HR programs.

Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time, audit pay practices and policies, reconcile and pay payroll tax liabilities, manage voluntary deductions, and prepare manual checks as needed. Support payroll reporting and compliance for scheduled payroll cycles in a hybrid work arrangement.

Own state and local permitting for domestic cloud seeding programs: scope regulatory requirements, draft and shepherd permits and licenses, manage environmental approvals, maintain compliance reporting (NOAA Form 17-4), and build state-by-state playbooks and stakeholder relationships to ensure authorized, on-time operations.

Lead production control activities on the warehouse floor: manage volume and labor planning, resolve inventory/allocation issues with Inventory Control, maintain WMS accuracy and reporting, drive continuous improvement, and communicate goals and KPIs to associates.

Support warehouse operations by assisting supervisors to implement daily objectives, train and direct hourly staff, coordinate assignments, maintain performance, safety and housekeeping standards, recommend and implement operational improvements, and use WMS/PKMS to monitor workflow and generate reports.

Perform quality control on student and client data: audit records for missing or duplicate values, compare data sources, correct errors in systems/spreadsheets, follow validation rules, and communicate findings to internal teams to maintain accurate, reliable data.

Partner with leaders to manage employee relations, performance, engagement, development, and organizational design. Own a People function (Talent Acquisition or Compensation), lead programs, analyze people data, coach managers, support workforce planning and change initiatives to build scalable HR practices.

Manage and process legal operational requests (levies, subpoenas, garnishments, conservatorships, trusts, etc.), ensure federal/state compliance and withholding remittance, maintain records and reporting, respond to escalations and law enforcement inquiries, collaborate with counsel and business partners, improve workflows, assist with system testing, and draft/update policies and procedures.

Support client services by managing projects from intake through in-market execution, coordinating internal teams and clients, maintaining documentation, scheduling meetings, communicating status, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

Design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end software for workflow-driven legal applications. Build UI components with React and TypeScript, integrate with APIs, debug and optimize production systems, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features from spec through deployment.
