Support deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of learning products in Cornerstone OnDemand: configure courses/playlists, upload and test assets, provide Tier II support, manage user roles, maintain documentation, and produce reports.

Support and maintain endpoint and server environments using KACE and Microsoft technologies.
