The Data & Analytics Leader will develop a multi-year roadmap to enhance data governance and analytics capabilities, while fostering a data-driven culture throughout ERAC.

Lead and scale Cision's global demand generation and growth marketing, focusing on pipeline growth, conversion efficiency, and partnership with Sales teams to improve funnel performance.

Qualify inbound leads and proactively outbound to target enterprise accounts to build qualified pipeline. Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Sales Ops and Partners, use Salesforce and other tools to manage activity, attend events, and support ABM and demand generation to drive opportunities into the sales funnel.

Owns and champions assigned IT products, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and end-to-end launches. Collaborates with vendors and business leaders, translates features into user stories and acceptance criteria, leads discovery and UAT, coordinates with PMO, development, QA and release teams, and tracks KPIs and budgets to drive product success in a higher-education environment.

Lead enterprise data architecture, governance, integration, and platform roadmap. Establish data models, lineage, cataloging, access controls (RBAC/ABAC/IAM), and M&A data integration while partnering with Finance, GTM, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and Product to ensure trusted, secure, and usable enterprise data.

Lead end-to-end execution of cloud infrastructure programs, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, security, compliance), manage timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies, report status to senior leadership, drive Agile delivery improvements, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks.

Investigate, manage, and settle complex liability claims with independent judgment. Review coverages, determine liability and compensability, set reserves, coordinate appraisals, authorize payments, support litigation and subrogation, prepare reports, and mentor/train staff.

Design, deploy, and maintain reliable production and corporate systems; manage configuration, security, and core infrastructure; participate in on-call incident response; build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code; monitor systems and develop tools to improve reliability and availability.

Manage and optimize proposal and CRM systems to support Client Services: implement and maintain PandaDoc templates, administer HubSpot (data integrity, pipelines, dashboards), support end-to-end bid processes, produce marketing and proposal content, conduct market research, manage client experience surveys, and document BD systems and workflows to improve pursuit efficiency and win rates for renewable energy projects.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and email management, meeting coordination, proposal and presentation preparation, CRM and SharePoint administration, process and SOP documentation, project coordination, and occasional invoicing support. Work closely with leadership to streamline workflows and maintain organized operational records during company growth.
