Manage a portfolio of K-12 district partners as a trusted advisor across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Lead kickoff/customization calls, track health metrics in ChurnZero, own contract renewals in HubSpot, provide direct support, coordinate with internal teams, drive adoption and advocacy, and use data to refine the customer experience.

Design end-to-end web product experiences for Hagerty members: translate broad concepts into usable flows, create interaction and visual designs, prototype high-fidelity solutions, partner with PMs and engineers, contribute to product strategy, and present work to stakeholders.

Provide remote Atlassian administration for multiple clients: configure Jira/Confluence/Service Desk, respond to service desk requests, automate processes, create projects, configure workflows and permissions, advise customers on best practices, record work/time, and follow security protocols.
