The Lead Process Engineer optimizes operating processes for the AXIS platform in the BFSI sector, engaging with various teams to ensure scalable and compliant workflows. Responsibilities include end-to-end documentation, automation-first process engineering, and enhancing client implementations while integrating risk and compliance controls.
