Lead and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers to manage day-to-day support operations, escalations, SLA adherence, and tooling. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve API, integration, SSO/SCIM, and cloud-related issues, improve processes and runbooks, drive metrics-informed improvements, and scale global support coverage and enablement.

Lead and operate a comprehensive help desk for VA EHR modernization: design support workflows, manage incident triage/escalation, establish SLAs and knowledge systems, lead staffing and training, produce executive reporting, manage projects/changes, and drive continuous improvement and business continuity for large-scale EHR implementations.

Provide frontline IT support: respond to user inquiries, log and resolve hardware/software/network issues, perform installs/updates, assist with account/password resets, maintain IT asset inventory, document solutions, mentor junior staff, and report security incidents. Requires TS/SCI with poly and CompTIA Security+.

Administer and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow instances: install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, build workflows and service requests, implement integrations and orchestration, develop reports and automation scripts, perform compliance and accessibility testing, monitor application health, recommend improvements, document systems, and mentor junior staff.

Administer and maintain Linux and Windows servers and VMware environments; manage network operations, security tools, patches, hardware, and system performance; analyze logs, configure new systems, optimize applications, and coordinate status with stakeholders.

Provide day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and maintenance of Windows-dominant IT systems (also UNIX). Manage client/server, storage, network, mobile and dispatch hardware/software, perform capacity planning, optimize operations, and communicate escalated ticket status to agency management.

Lead IT operations, teams, and vendor relationships; own service delivery, incident/change management, network and endpoint security, DR/BC planning, and full lifecycle IT project delivery. Act as business partner to translate firm needs into IT initiatives, enforce compliance and SLAs, and drive modernization and continuous improvement.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administration for mission-critical IT infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain Linux/UNIX and Windows systems; troubleshoot escalated issues; manage servers, storage, networks, and mobile devices; perform performance optimization, capacity planning, patching, and documentation. Support dispatch systems and communicate status to stakeholders.

Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 system administration support for client/server/storage/network and mobile devices: implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain UNIX/Windows systems, optimize operations, perform capacity planning, support dispatch hardware, and escalate/resolving complex system issues while communicating status to management.

Administer and optimize enterprise Linux systems, manage IBM storage and Veritas NetBackup backups, perform YUM-based patching, run and remediate Nessus vulnerability scans, implement security/hardening (NSF), support STE/STIN processes, monitor performance, troubleshoot, script (Bash/Python), document systems, and collaborate on upgrades/audits. Requires Top Secret clearance with LS Poly.

Provide advanced support, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud across modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Absence). Design complex configurations (Fast Formulas, BPM/workflows, elements, hierarchies), maintain VBS/Redwood extensions, manage Git-based development practices, support integrations and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), troubleshoot production issues, assist with Oracle AI features, partner on security, and support testing and quarterly releases.
