Administer and maintain Windows systems across classified networks, including Active Directory, Group Policy, patching, monitoring, backups, configuration management, security compliance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with engineering, networking, cybersecurity, project management, and end users; document procedures, test releases, manage tickets, and support audits. The role is fully onsite in Baltimore, requires after-hours support as needed, equipment handling up to 50 pounds, an active Secret clearance, and Security+ certification or higher.

Leads service desk and help desk operations supporting large-scale DoD network and endpoint migration activities. Supervises Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support teams, manages ticket queues and escalations, coordinates with engineering and cybersecurity teams, supports user transitions and VIP customers, monitors service metrics, provides leadership reporting, and ensures compliance with ITSM processes.

Provides frontline Tier 1 technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Resolves basic hardware, software, account, peripheral, and network connectivity issues; installs and updates software; manages password resets and access problems; documents incidents and resolutions; maintains asset records; escalates complex issues; contributes to knowledge-base content; and supports mission-essential weekend operations.

Provides desk-side technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and infrastructure. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, responds to client service calls within service-level agreements, documents activity, manages parts and equipment inventory, and delivers customer support. Requires technical communication, travel to client locations, occasional overnight assignments, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a basic repair toolkit.

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, permissions, and administration. Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to improve collaboration and support cyber operations. Gather stakeholder requirements, document solutions, provide user support, and ensure compliance with DoD and MARFORCYBER policies. The role also supports secure Office 365 integrations and knowledge transfer.

Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, secure, and support Windows-based applications (Microsoft Office, Java, Visual Studio, Raytheon EAGLE, SharePoint/Power Platform). Provide ticketing-system support to application owners and developers, implement DISA STIGS, perform upgrades/patching (may include occasional off-hours), and perform other assigned duties.

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, virtualization, backups, and VPN/MDM. Perform patching, monitoring, Tier 2 troubleshooting, account provisioning, documentation, and support onboarding/offboarding. Assist with projects, ensure security policy compliance, and provide remote user support.
