Requires Top Secret clearance with LS Poly.

Provide system administration and sustainment for a complex, multi-domain, air-gapped environment: install and configure servers and applications, perform patching, vulnerability management, AD administration, virtualization support, hardware troubleshooting/reimaging, security management, documentation, and user communication to ensure continuous, secure operations.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administration and help-desk support for client/server/storage/network and mobile devices. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows OS, troubleshoot hardware/software integration, perform capacity planning, monitor systems, escalate and communicate status to agency stakeholders, and support dispatch systems and mission architecture with SOA-aware administration.
