Responsibilities include developing reports, translating data into actionable insights, validating media data, resolving tracking and measurement issues, supporting attribution and tagging governance, analyzing audience performance, reviewing agency work, and partnering with Brand, Media, Analytics, CRM, Web, and agency teams to improve measurement standards and media effectiveness.

Supports the eDiscovery Legal Team by managing litigation holds, document collection, subpoenas, legal databases, reporting, and data discovery workflows. Maintains databases and custom scripts, develops dashboards and reports, improves data quality and operational processes, evaluates legal technologies, and documents technical procedures. The role requires collaboration with legal and technical teams, analytical problem-solving, secure data handling, and administration of legal technology tools.

Supports outside sales associates and manages customer accounts by processing orders, preparing quotes, providing pricing and product information, following up on opportunities, coordinating procurement and deliveries, and conducting outbound sales calls. The role focuses on customer relationship management, account growth, sales goals, quote and credit processing, and cross-functional coordination with purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and suppliers.
