Oversee and execute the Harley-Davidson dealership’s marketing strategy, including campaigns, advertising, public relations, community events, market research, promotions, budgets, and performance analysis. Manage customer outreach, establish departmental objectives and procedures, train marketing staff, coordinate with dealership leadership and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and support revenue and expense goals across dealership locations.

Consult with customers to identify suitable motorcycles, prospect for new customers, meet sales targets, resolve inquiries, schedule follow-ups, complete sales paperwork, and follow the company’s sales process. Design and develop scalable CDC, ETL, batch, and streaming data solutions using cloud, big data, and analytics platforms. Support data governance, process performance tuning, troubleshooting, prototyping, architecture documentation, and production ML/GenAI initiatives. Collaborate across teams, conduct feasibility studies, estimate projects, communicate technical progress, and promote data engineering best practices with limited mentoring.
