Serve as the primary bilingual (Spanish/English) BDC contact, handling inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails to qualify leads, set showroom appointments, log interactions in DriveCentric, follow up on unsold leads, meet appointment targets, and collaborate with sales to ensure smooth customer handoffs.

Support rental processes, paperwork, inspections, logistics, and insurance/credit approvals.
