Lead and build Rechargeds full-funnel growth engine: own paid and organic acquisition, channel partnerships, market launches, product marketing, conversion optimization, marketing ops and analytics, and vendor/team decisions to scale buyer and seller growth while managing marketing P&L.

Design, architect, and implement scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis). Optimize SQL and schemas, solve high-scale reliability challenges, integrate AI/LLM features, lead refactors, participate in code reviews and deployments, mentor engineers, and drive projects to production.

Handle incoming internet and phone leads, respond professionally to emails, guide customers to appropriate vehicles, set appointments for demonstrations, use CRM for persistent follow-up, and support other sales personnel as needed. Frequent showroom and lot floor duties.
