The Manager of Support Operations will develop operational foundations, improve workflows, implement AI solutions, and lead a high-performing team to enhance customer support experiences.

Provide phone and email support for Ting customers, troubleshoot root causes, document and report technical issues, use ticketing systems, liaise across departments, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment, and assist Engineering by testing software and hardware.

Place certified English-to-Spanish interpreters for a Rhode Island state contract. Requires 5–7 years interpreting experience, recognized certification, native Spanish fluency, and English fluency. Applicants should submit an updated CV and hourly rate.
