Establishes and runs a continuous improvement operating rhythm for AI transformation engagements. The role uses adoption and operational signals to redesign workflows, refine prompts and agents, embed standard work, facilitate improvement events, retire low-value solutions, and direct investment toward high-ROI capabilities. It also transfers continuous improvement practices, tooling, and cadences to customer teams so gains remain durable after the engagement ends.
