Preferred experience includes SQL or XML investigation, Salesforce case logging, and Genesys PureCloud.

Provide expert technical support for Waystar products via phone, email, and ticketing. Troubleshoot AWS-related issues, collaborate with engineering, document resolutions, assist with configuration and migrations, monitor services, participate in on-call rotations, and train junior staff.

Handle back-to-back customer service and technical support calls for DISH TV customers. Resolve billing, programming, and technical issues, provide product and service information, and promote relevant offerings.
