Leads and develops a team of Account Executives selling B2B SaaS solutions to corporate real estate occupiers. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing sales strategy, recruiting and retaining talent, coaching team members, building executive relationships, forecasting opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Legal.

Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models (especially time series) using Python, PySpark, and cloud tools. Perform feature engineering, evaluate model performance (MAPE, RMSE, R²), and create ETL/data pipelines with integration tools. Lead regional partner lifecycle for Gelato: identify and onboard production partners, run and improve regional operations (availability, speed, quality, selection), shape procurement supplier ecosystem, and use AI to automate work and scale decisions while partnering with Product, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.

Lead execution of the Home Center channel strategy to grow volume and share. Develop and implement in-store and online programs, manage product rollouts, promotions, pricing, third-party vendor relationships, and analytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams and support retailer partnerships; travel ~25%.

Analyze, install, migrate, integrate and deploy Oracle BRM; architect and customize Infranet billing systems; integrate BRM with Siebel via Oracle AIA; develop in C/C++; tune Oracle databases; produce business process documentation and support finance/billing users.

Create and execute digital marketing assets (email campaigns, website updates, social visuals, infographics), support UX/visual designers, perform QA and content population, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure on-brand communications.
