The Sourcing Leader III will identify potential partners and negotiate agreements with suppliers, supporting sourcing strategies and project requirements.

Provide operational, technical, and safety support for Secondary School science laboratories (Grades 6–12). Source and screen external passive candidates, manage a portfolio of 10–12 searches, build candidate pipelines, develop interview protocols, track applicants in ATS, perform reference checks, and support smooth onboarding while ensuring legal compliance.

The role involves testing enterprise applications, creating test plans, analyzing bugs, and recommending software improvements. Requires strong automation and CI tools experience.
