Partner with the BDO to develop and manage high-net-worth client relationships. Prepare customized investment proposals, deliver financial planning using eMoney, provide investment advisory and asset allocation recommendations, conduct regular portfolio reviews, support business development with custodial partners, and travel approximately 50% to meet clients and attend events.

Lead operational delivery and financial performance for assigned enterprise customers across North America. Own service delivery, SLAs, customer relationships, onboarding, process improvement, and team leadership to ensure contractual compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

Lead the Deal Desk to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product on pricing, quoting, and commercial structuring. Approve complex multi-product and enterprise deals, enforce SLAs, run deal strategy cadences, maintain CPQ/pricing tools and CRM accuracy, support compliance/audits, and enable sales with templates, training, and reporting.

Support the Project Management team through budgeting, bidding, cost control, RFIs, submittals, documentation, OAC meeting leadership, site coordination, schedule distribution, closeout, and use of company systems while promoting safety.

Plan and execute performance-focused creative campaigns across paid channels. Develop creative plans and asset libraries, manage creative budgets, brief and review designers/editors, analyze creative test results, optimize ads for ROAS, and collaborate with paid media teams to meet client KPIs and timelines.

Close partnerships with retail commercial P&C brokerages using warm leads. Build and maintain broker relationships, visit partner agencies, refine closing processes, and report market insights and trends to management.

Drive profitable sales growth and distribution across GA, AL, MS, and the Florida Panhandle by managing distributor and account relationships, identifying new business, executing strategic plans with Sales/Marketing, tracking activity in CRM, supporting customer issues, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at trade shows and meetings.

Lead corporate financial planning and analysis functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting. Partner with business leaders to provide insights, drive strategic planning, manage FP&A team, and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly financial close and variance analysis.
