Own PCB design from specification through prototype, bring-up, debug, validation, and manufacturing while collaborating with cross-functional teams (firmware, EMC, thermal, reliability, manufacturing).

Build trusted stakeholder relationships, execute account plans, lead commercial negotiations, monitor account health and usage, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

Process and audit semi-monthly payroll for multi-state, multi-entity operations; maintain tax compliance and filings; manage payroll data updates, reporting, reconciliations, employee inquiries, and cross-functional payroll support.

Serve as a technical expert for customers, lead onboarding and integrations, manage projects and technical committees, troubleshoot and resolve issues, monitor customer health, and participate in occasional on-call rotations to support escalations and incidents.

Lead multi-year vision and roadmap for AI/ML recommendation and prediction products. Align executives, prioritize using data and research, and guide engineering to deliver scalable ML features. Evangelize AI product standards, mentor other PMs, and partner with design, data science, and engineering through the full delivery lifecycle.

Partner with Product Designers and Engineers to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes, reusable components, and tooling. Introduce and evaluate AI and modern technologies to improve design workflows, document best practices, and mentor teams to elevate design quality and implementation.
