Lead the Deal Desk to partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product on pricing, quoting, and commercial structuring. Approve complex multi-product and enterprise deals, enforce SLAs, run deal strategy cadences, maintain CPQ/pricing tools and CRM accuracy, support compliance/audits, and enable sales with templates, training, and reporting.

Process and reconcile commissions for distribution partners; review reports, research and resolve discrepancies using accounting principles; interact with internal/external customers; support projects, cross-train, and maintain quality and productivity standards.

Lead design, implementation, and support of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions. Configure SAP SD, design integrations (IDoc/RFC/EDI) with CRM/freight systems, optimize processes, mentor users, collaborate across IT teams, and support SAP S/4HANA and EWM/WM. Drive projects from scope through deployment and transition to run.

Build and scale Covera's Revenue Operations function: own HubSpot CRM administration, pipeline management, forecasting, executive and board reporting, deal desk and pricing processes, cross-functional commercial operations, dashboards/KPIs, and scalable automation to enable predictable growth.
