At Walz Tetrick Advertising, we believe that our people are the difference makers. We’re passionate about what we do, collaborative in how we work, strategic in how we think and kind in how we treat one another.
We’re a full-service marketing, creative and media agency in Kansas City, helping brands move forward since 1967. Our curiosity keeps us growing, and our people bring fresh thinking, diverse perspectives and a willingness to jump in and make things happen.
We’re very proud to have been recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2025 and 2026 as one of its Best Places to Work. That recognition reflects what we work to build every day: a place where people feel supported, where their ideas matter and where great teammates make the work better.
Not everything is about what happens in the office, though. We also believe a rewarding career should leave room for a full life. Our benefits include:
- Generous paid time off. Rest, recharge and enjoy life outside work.
- Summer Fridays with designated Friday afternoons off.
- Paid volunteer hours to support causes you care about.
- A hybrid schedule with Monday–Thursday in-office and work-from-anywhere Fridays, plus a bank of work-from-home flex days throughout the year.
- Family support through 12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave, plus parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child.
- Paid holidays throughout the year, plus an agency closure the week between Christmas and New Year’s so our team can enjoy extra time to recharge.
- Health insurance with WTA covering 90% of employee premiums, plus options for spouse and family coverage.
- Dental insurance, long-term disability coverage and a 401(k) with an employer match.
Ready to bring your talents to a team that values your ideas, supports your growth and cares about the people behind the work? We’d love to meet you.
