Provide part-time office operations support for construction projects: update timecards and schedules, enter job/employee/equipment data into scheduling software, assist with billing and reconciliations, coordinate training and badging, reconcile cards, review driver scorecards and job documentation, handle incoming calls, and support project leads and office leadership.

Lead and oversee all actuarial functions including pricing and product development for annuity and life products, liability and reserve management (Stat & GAAP), financial projections, assumption governance, vendor/consultant oversight, regulatory and rating agency filings, and cross-functional communication. Serve as primary actuarial liaison to external appointed actuary, regulators, and rating agencies while contributing hands-on to technical processes as needed.

Lead strategy and growth for the credit card portfolio, owning acquisition, activation, spend, balances, profitability, credit quality, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Build models, dashboards, and business cases; present to executives and Board; manage retention, pricing, rewards, and a team driving portfolio performance.

Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise Microsoft cloud and infrastructure: administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Exchange Online; perform tenant and email migrations; manage Windows Server, virtualization, networking, endpoint security; act as senior escalation and project lead for migrations and platform improvements.
