Lead GigSafe’s insurance function by designing programs, managing carrier, MGA, and broker relationships, overseeing licensing and compliance, managing claims and certificate operations, and owning program economics. Partner with product and engineering to automate quoting, eligibility, certificate validation, and reporting. The role serves as the primary insurance owner and escalation point while supporting expansion into new industries.

Manage dealer relationships across Southern AL, Southern MS, and Eastern LA to grow sales and market share. Secure and develop new dealers, conduct onsite calls and product demonstrations, document activities in CRM, monitor inventory and implement promotional campaigns, and represent the company at trade shows. Frequent travel (up to 75%) with overnight stays and occasional weekend events required.

Supervise and mentor 6–8 liability and casualty claims adjusters. Conduct audits, enforce company and legal requirements, provide claims authority, manage reserving and loss adjustment expenses, improve processes and training, support retention, recognize performance, and handle performance management.
