Leads Destiny Christian Academy’s advancement program, including fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, major gifts, grants, campaigns, stewardship, community and alumni relations, events, and advancement communications. Builds relationships with donors, families, churches, businesses, foundations, and community partners; manages donor records, reporting, budgets, and compliance; and advises leadership on philanthropic opportunities. The role also promotes the Academy’s Christian mission and requires occasional evening and weekend participation.

Software engineering interns collaborate with experienced engineers on Viam’s robotics and cloud computing platform. Leads electrical engineering design and delivery for data center projects, covering LV, MV, and HV systems, power distribution, backup power, grounding, controls, white-space infrastructure, and construction support. Establishes design standards, reviews designs and submittals, supports equipment selection and troubleshooting, coordinates stakeholders, and develops a team of electrical engineers. Requires extensive experience with mission-critical or large-scale projects and strong knowledge of electrical codes and power systems.

Lead mechanical engineering projects across the full lifecycle as Engineer of Record, coordinating HVAC, plumbing, controls, load calculations, equipment selection, commissioning, site assessments, mentoring staff, and ensuring technical accuracy, budget control, and sustainable design.

Leads Drug Hunter’s global event program across hosted symposia, mixers, dinners, scientific conferences, sponsorships, sales events, and digital Flash Talks. Owns attendee and speaker experience, event logistics, budgets, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, conference coordination, HubSpot tracking, follow-up workflows, event calendars, and standardized operating procedures. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Science, and Marketing to support commercial priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Requires approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Support day-to-day sales operations including retail onboarding, account setup, pricing and sales rules, invoice validation, feature adoption (Marketplace, VMI, BillPay), CRM and reporting hygiene, brand/marketplace content maintenance, promotions support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure data integrity and operational continuity.

Reviews, enters, and codes vendor invoices; verifies purchase orders, receipts, reimbursements, and credit card charges. Communicates with vendors to resolve billing issues, prepares checks, processes electronic payments, and maintains confidential records. Provides general office and mail support while ensuring accurate, organized accounting administration.

Owns the bank’s end-to-end data strategy, maturity roadmap, governance, architecture, quality, lineage, and AI readiness. Builds stakeholder relationships, translates business needs into funded roadmaps, selects and manages data platforms and vendors, and personally implements warehouses, integrations, reporting, and self-service dashboards. Establishes governed sources of truth for core entities while ensuring compliance with GLBA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, OFAC, and privacy requirements.

Coordinates equipment finance loan and lease closings from documentation intake through funding. Reviews credit approvals, lien searches, UCC filings, ownership records, insurance, corporate documents, title registrations, payment instructions, and closing packages. Collaborates with relationship managers, customers, vendors, attorneys, insurers, documentation teams, and portfolio management. Ensures perfected security interests, statutory compliance, risk controls, accurate transaction entry in Aspire, exception clearing, and timely operational completion.

Support the design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions for legal technology applications. Work with senior engineers on model evaluation, fine-tuning, retrieval and reasoning improvements, troubleshooting, MLOps, documentation, and production-grade enterprise AI systems.
