Responsibilities include outbound calling, pipeline tracking in Salesforce, marketing outreach, market research, event materials, speaker recruitment, advisory board support, year-round communications, and onsite event management. Requires federal financial systems experience, testing expertise, strong communication, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Leads onboarding, training, competency validation, practicum, and shadowing for social work teams across PACE Centers. Develops educational materials, workflows, SOPs, and role playbooks while serving as a social work operations subject matter expert. Partners with center leadership, Practice Operations, People Team, and educators to improve consistency, compliance, participant care, and team readiness. Travels frequently between California centers and supports process improvement, crisis response training, psychosocial care practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
