Own Blitzed’s player acquisition strategy and execution across paid, affiliate, creator, influencer, streamer, sponsorship, partnership, and unconventional channels. Build and manage acquisition experiments, optimize conversion funnels, track CAC, CPA, FTDs, retention, and player value, allocate budgets, scale profitable channels, and develop acquisition processes and a future team.

Installs and maintains devices and applications, supports Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and collaboration tools, and coordinates with service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendors. Maintains tickets, asset records, documentation, and knowledge-base content while following IT security and data-protection procedures.

Designs creative, synchronized fireworks displays for major events using Finale3D. Develops firing plans, site layouts, product lists, and show concepts while balancing artistic goals, budgets, product availability, logistics, and safety requirements. Collaborates with sales, production, and field teams to deliver compliant live productions. The role requires occasional travel, evening or weekend availability during peak seasons, and adherence to NFPA standards, ATF regulations, and company safety protocols.

Oversee warehouse and distribution center operations, including labor management, shipping and receiving, inventory, quality assurance, safety, facility maintenance, staffing, training, and KPI performance. Manage supervisors and hourly employees, coordinate with logistics and transportation teams, maintain customer satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and ensure efficient, safe, and profitable warehouse performance.

Leads Snowflake presales strategy, solution architecture, client presentations, technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and partner co-selling. Translates business needs into conceptual data architectures supporting customer segmentation, activation, personalization, and customer experience. Serves as the internal Snowflake subject matter expert, supports delivery standards and enablement, maintains partner certifications, and creates architecture documentation while ensuring governance, security, and compliance requirements are addressed.

Creates CAD models and drawings for weldments, assemblies, and parts used across the organization. Develops bills of materials using ERP software, delivers design solutions on schedule and within budget, contributes ideas to engineering management, and mentors coworkers and subordinates.

Sells commercial insurance products through inbound and outbound calls, assesses customer needs, recommends coverage, finalizes sales, and ensures regulatory and carrier compliance. Maintains required licensing, follows sales standards, manages referrals, resolves complex inquiries, and provides mentoring and coaching to inside sales specialists. This is a remote role requiring reliable wired internet and a dedicated workspace.
