Lead and improve Payroll operating systems by translating strategy into goals, workplans, and accountability. Run planning cycles, prioritize initiatives, track performance, and build scalable processes. Lead cross-functional workstreams with Technology, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive execution, reduce complexity, and improve customer experience and financial performance. Create clarity through documentation, operating artifacts, and evangelism while enabling teams to balance short-term delivery with long-term capability building.

Supports information security initiatives through automation for vulnerability management, detection engineering, cloud identity management, and SOC 2/SOX ITGC compliance. Learns security tooling, identifies process improvements, and performs Level 1 security alert triage and investigations. The internship is full-time for 12 weeks in summer 2027 and requires hybrid work in Denver three days per week.

Drive value realization, adoption, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction through success planning, business reviews, account strategies, and executive relationships. Responsibilities include producing newsletters and LinkedIn content, promoting jobs, tracking campaign and community metrics, maintaining talent platforms, reporting activation performance, and assisting with sourcing, screening, and introductions. The role partners across talent teams to turn insights into improved events and campaigns.

Develop and operate production ML and AI systems powering patient experiences such as matching, ranking, recommendations, onboarding, and personalization. Build reusable ML infrastructure, pipelines, evaluation, observability, and model-serving capabilities. Provide technical leadership across the ML lifecycle, guide architecture, evaluate custom versus foundation-model approaches, and partner with ML and Patient Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI products.
