Lead the US People function for approximately 500 employees across multiple states. Develop people strategy, advise executive leadership, oversee employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, payroll inputs, HR systems, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, vendors, and the People team. The role is primarily onsite in Dallas with one weekly remote day after onboarding.

The role requires strong B2B technology marketing, SaaS GTM, commercial strategy, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing experience.

Leads the architecture, development, optimization, integration, and testing of robotics software and autonomy algorithms for perception, planning, control, and navigation. Provides technical leadership through mentoring and code reviews, collaborates with hardware and product teams, documents systems, and contributes to research publications and industry advancements. The role requires extensive deployed robotics software experience, strong C++ skills, robotics simulation proficiency, and knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and control theory.

The Client Services Assistant performs administrative tasks supporting the client-facing team, including correspondence, file management, invoice preparation, and meeting coordination.

Develops mission-critical electrical subsystems for Rainmaker’s unmanned aerial systems platform, supporting UAS, dispersion payload, and in-situ and remote sensing systems used in cloud seeding and precipitation enhancement operations.

Coordinate RFQ and small RFP responses from kickoff to submission: create schedules, compliance matrices, write and edit proposal content, manage stakeholders, document control, track metrics, and support color reviews and proposal graphics to ensure compliant, high-quality federal and commercial submissions.

Supports attorneys with employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including visa petitions, PERM labor certifications, permanent residence, citizenship, and naturalization filings. Communicates with corporate clients, foreign nationals, families, government agencies, and internal stakeholders while managing a high-volume caseload.
