Public Law Center

Public Law Center (PLC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit legal-services organization serving low-income and vulnerable residents of Orange County, California. Since 1981, it provides free civil legal services through counseling, individual representation, community education, strategic litigation, advocacy, and outreach. Its work spans immigration, housing, family, consumer, health, veterans’ benefits, tax, and small-business matters for local communities and families throughout Orange County.
