Primary database administrator for advancement: process and enter gifts, manage Veracross data and queries, prepare donor acknowledgments, reconcile gifts with the business office, support annual audit and fundraising gala, manage pledge tracking and mailing lists, produce donor reports to guide stewardship, and assist with event and annual fund activities.

Design and architect the core distributed platform powering production AI agents: orchestration, execution, memory, tool-calling, workflows, reliability, observability, and developer experience. Drive architecture decisions, set engineering standards, mentor engineers, and lead cross-functional initiatives to translate AI capabilities into production-ready platform features.

Create video content, present at webinars and conferences, write sample code and documentation, review others' content, and respond to audience questions to educate and promote the product.

Provide on-site third-shift technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone, chat, or in person; install, deploy, and maintain systems and applications; track incidents in a ticketing system and meet SLAs; perform Windows/Microsoft security updates and antivirus maintenance; document processes and liaise with vendors.

Provide administrative support to the Program Team: manage calendars, process clearance and publication forms, coordinate vendors (Zoom, SurveyMonkey), handle purchase orders, organize SharePoint, assist with correspondence and day-to-day operations, and support outreach and technical assistance activities for public health workforce awareness.
