First SDR at an early-stage AI startup responsible for building outbound prospecting campaigns, researching target accounts and buyer personas, testing messaging and sequences, partnering with marketing, representing the company to cold prospects, and meeting weekly/monthly activity and pipeline generation targets while helping create the GTM playbook.

Manage and administer TEN lab infrastructure: RHEL/Linux systems, Splunk, and Ansible automation. Perform deployments, patching, STIG compliance, storage troubleshooting, develop Ansible playbooks, create Splunk dashboards/alerts, and support incident response and lab SOPs to maintain mission continuity.

Provide Integrated C5I systems acquisition support and lifecycle management of C4ISR capabilities across surface, air, and shore. Develop enterprise processes including metrics reporting, portal content management, and enterprise project scheduling. Consolidate executive-level reporting for stakeholders and use SharePoint and MS Project/EPM to manage content and schedules while coordinating with multiple teams and SMEs.

Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, in-person, and a ticketing system. Troubleshoot and configure workstations, printers, software, hardware, VPNs; document actions in tickets, assist onboarding, escalate complex issues, coordinate with vendors, and travel to school sites as needed.

Lead Provider Enablement operations overseeing support, training, communications, and self-service for Interwell Acumen. Own strategy and execution to drive onboarding, adoption, NPS, SLAs, and KPIs. Build operating rhythms, Voice of Customer programs, and cross-functional initiatives with Product, Implementations, and Epic teams. Champion generative AI to scale enablement, reduce support volume, and improve outcomes. Manage and develop a provider enablement team; travel up to 20% for customer and internal meetings.

Provide strategic People Operations partnership to farm leadership: implement HR programs (performance, engagement, training), advise on employee relations and compliance, analyze HR metrics and recommend actions, coach supervisors, and drive process improvements to support workforce planning and employee experience across regional farms.
