Provide Tier 2 IT support including VMware administration, network device management, rack-and-stack, user account administration, troubleshooting, patching, security tasks, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration on IT projects while mentoring junior staff.

Sell finance and insurance products to dealership clients, prepare and process contracts, obtain lender approvals, verify paperwork, handle cancellations, train sales consultants, and collaborate with departments to maximize finance income while complying with legal and ethical standards.

Manage all post-closing mortgage operations including oversight of file completeness, compliance with investor and regulatory timelines, loan boarding, subservicer liaison, quality control, and team leadership. Ensure accurate escrow setup, investor delivery, reporting, and remediation of post-closing exceptions while maintaining regulatory and investor guideline adherence.
