The Recovery Specialist assists residents in behavioral practices, documents observations, ensures safety, and facilitates activities and appointments, maintaining compliance with procedures.

Develop and manage dealership relationships, onboard new dealer partners, serve as the primary buyer contact, analyze market trends and competitor pricing, and shape pricing strategies. Resolve remarketing and inventory challenges while delivering reliable service. The role requires domestic travel within the assigned territory, up to 30% of the time.

Manages commercial loan relationships, supports relationship bankers and lending teams, monitors loan covenants and borrowing base compliance, gathers financial and collateral information, coordinates credit underwriting, prepares approval packages and loan documentation, reviews appraisals, manages exceptions and watch-list credits, and supports credit risk rating recommendations and facility renewals.

Provides remote executive and administrative support, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, proposal preparation, process documentation, CRM and database administration, SharePoint file organization, project coordination, vendor communication, and optional QuickBooks invoicing support.

Provides customer service to library members in person and by phone; manages accounts, holds, fines, and circulation transactions. Assists with catalog, database, Internet, and basic computer use; answers reference questions and provides reader advisory services. Explains policies, handles routine complaints, supports programs and events, shelves materials, assists volunteers, and helps open or close branches while maintaining building security. May travel between libraries and outreach locations.

Manage and grow the school's annual giving program, execute fundraising strategy, build donor relationships, plan events, maintain donor database, provide analytics and advancement operations support.

Teach electrical and computer engineering courses, advise students, and supervise student projects within WPI’s project-based curriculum.
