Supports Digital Experience Center operations across multiple financial institution clients. Configures and administers CCaaS platforms, IVR routing, conversational AI, electronic forms, knowledge content, reporting, and vendor cases. Assists with client implementations, testing, documentation, release reviews, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and post-launch stabilization. The role requires careful validation, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of accurate client-facing operational assets in a remote environment.

Leads the company’s global accounting function, financial reporting, accounting systems, internal controls, audit relationships, treasury support, and risk management. Designs an AI-enabled finance function while ensuring secure, documented, auditable processes and accurate financial statements. Advises executives, implements accounting policies, oversees systems upgrades, produces management reports, and builds a skilled accounting team.

Coordinates eCommerce site operations, including product launches, SKU updates, promotions, pricing, content, merchandising, and campaign changes. The role requires understanding liquid coating applications, epoxy and urethane technologies, product recommendations, order processes, inventory needs, customer complaints, trade shows, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, and customers. Overnight travel of 33–50% is required.

Provides administrative and accounting support to finance staff, including payroll assistance, benefits invoice auditing, ACA and ERISA reporting, accounts payable, credit card transaction review, account reconciliations, general ledger uploads, and billing documentation. Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits consulting engagements from requirements gathering and process mapping through configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization. Advise clients on benefits design, eligibility, rates, life events, enrollment flows, payroll integrations, and third-party vendor files. Manage deliverables, risks, timelines, and client relationships while serving as a subject matter expert. Mentor junior consultants and improve delivery methodologies.
