Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Lead Consultant, you'll provide functional and technical expertise to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions. As a subject matter expert, you'll guide clients through the full lifecycle of Benefits implementations and support the successful deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits functional consulting engagements, serving as the primary SME throughout the implementation lifecycle;
Drive project deliverables by effectively communicating requirements, timelines, risks, and solution recommendations to clients and internal teams;
Guide customers through Oracle-delivered Benefits functionality, advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, configure system components, and support all testing phases;
Provide expertise in Benefits program design, eligibility, rates, life events, enrollment flows, and integrations with payroll and third-party vendors;
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing Benefits optimization and support;
Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery methodologies and enhance project efficiency;
Mentor junior consultants to support their professional development and strengthen team capability.
Keys to your success
Active Oracle Cloud Benefits certification;
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead Consultant role;
Minimum 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations, including 3 as a Benefits lead;
Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, eligibility rules, life event processing, and vendor file integrations;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote delivery model;
Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Extra edge
Experience with additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Talent Management and Compensation;
Experience with Redwood & Oracle-delivered AI Agents.
