Leads the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten program by supervising teachers, ensuring developmentally appropriate instruction, monitoring lesson plans and assessments, maintaining Florida VPK and DCF compliance, managing attendance and documentation, preparing for audits, engaging families, and submitting required reports. Establish operating models, workflows, governance, editorial priorities, and cross-channel alignment across an 80-plus university portfolio. Integrate SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search practices; oversee AI-enabled content production; partner with Analytics on performance measurement; and optimize content for search visibility, AI citations, brand quality, and enrollment funnel impact.

Lead the technical strategy and architecture for a scalable clinical data platform. Drive cross-team engineering initiatives, redesign legacy data pipelines, build batch and streaming systems, develop deployment and self-service tooling, improve monitoring, manage data models and governance, ensure privacy and security, and mentor engineers. Partner with product, AI, infrastructure, health systems integration, and business intelligence teams to deliver reliable, extensible data capabilities.
