Lead product strategy and roadmap for editorial systems and user-facing content experiences. Partner with editorial, engineering, and design to define requirements, improve CMS and publishing workflows, launch experiments to boost engagement, and measure content performance. Own and scale Nomic's infrastructure stack across multi-account AWS and Kubernetes: rollout orchestration, inference performance (GPU/model serving), CI/CD, IaC, observability, security, disaster recovery, and cost management to support many customer environments at scale.

Lead sales strategy, process design, and performance management for truck leasing and rental sales. Oversee CRM and sales technology, forecasting, incentive programs, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to drive sales productivity and growth.

Manage post-sale relationships with independent agency clients in AdTech, driving campaign performance, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary contact for escalations and strategic initiatives, deliver performance reviews, collaborate with Sales, AdOps, and Product, and translate customer needs into product improvements while staying current on industry trends.

Manage a portfolio of 100-125 major gift prospects, execute 120-150 donor visits and 20-30 solicitations annually, develop personalized cultivation and stewardship strategies, prepare briefing materials, use prospect research and analytics, and collaborate with leadership and trustees to meet fundraising goals.
