Find your purpose as an Accountant Lead with the Treasury department at CentraCare. This position requires an advance level working knowledge and experience with US GAAP, with an ability to research accounting guidance as needed and apply complex accounting concepts. Individual must be self-directed and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and exceptional attention to detail. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and producing timely reports for CentraCare Health entities in cooperation with other accounting department staff and others throughout CentraCare Health.
Schedule:
- Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- Hybrid of at-home and in-office work (St. Cloud, South Point location)
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $82,305.60 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $82,305.60-$123,448.00 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent field or Associate Degree in accounting + minimum of 15 years' accounting experience is required.
- Minimum 6-10 years accounting experience is required.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Advanced degree, CPA or CMA preferred.
- Experience with Oracle software or similar general ledger software preferred.
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
